Martin Information Services introduces TCLOCK PRO, a Time and Attendance Solution for Business Labor Management, featuring the Unitech* MR650 Terminal and MIS's TCLOCK Professional Application. 

TCLOCK PRO is a great solution to verify and streamline time and attendance for all your permanent and/or temporary employees.  TCLOCK PRO helps accomplish this by processing a photo for each transaction to help eliminate buddy punching.  TCLOCK PRO also helps with reducing time card auditing by removing the need for manual timecards.  TCLOCK PRO reports all activity and imports all employee and department information through a Web Service. TCLOCK PRO now utilizes SQL Server CE* to store and manage all transactions, employer information and employee information on each unit, with the database being stored on a USB pen drive for portability and disaster recovery. 

TCLOCK PRO now supports multiple departments per employee. TCLOCK PRO offers a great way to get all of your staff to clock in and out with a picture and have that transaction reported automatically.

MIS recommends that a TCLOCK unit be implemented based on up to 30 employees per shift.

For businesses not interested in setting up and utilizing their own web service and management portal, MIS offers the use of MIS’s web service and management web portal called TCLOCKADM.  The cost for utilizing MIS's web portal and web service is $3.00 per employee per month.  Direct submittal of payroll into Great Plains Dynamics* and Office Accounting* is currently supported by TCLOCKADM.  Support for Paychecks*, ADP*, and Quickbooks* are planned in the future.

MSRP Pricing for MIS's TCLOCK PRO TAS Solution is $3874.00 per bundle.  This pricing covers unlimited employees per unit, a 3 Year 48 Hour Accidential Damage and Replacement Warranty on the MR650 unit, 2GB USB Pen Drive, USB Cable and Wall Mount Kit.

MIS offers a trial program for a setup fee of $360.00 per timeclock.  Under our trial program MIS will setup one unit for your business to try our TCLOCK TAS Solution for 30 days.  If you choose to continue with the purchase, MIS will apply the $360.00 setup fee to your purchase price, otherwise MIS will remove the unit at the end of the 30 days.

The MR650 allows you to choose security features best suited for your business needs: contact-free proximity reader, fingerprint reader, barcode reader or magnetic strip reader. Four TTL digital inputs and three relay output controls provide the versatility to manage access control. Extra security can be added with a built-in 1.3 mega pixel CMOS camera with microphone and speaker to provide audio intercom for continuous surveillance. All data is clearly captured on the 240 by 320 pixel color touch screen.

In order to safeguard your security and your data, the MR650 comes standard with UPS battery, providing 2 hours of operation without main power or up to 3 days of data backup.
