SBMA is a Managed Service offered by MIS to all businesses who need to keep their computers running optimally. Don't get hit with large hourly computer support bills. Clients spend a fixed amount each month for preventive maintenance and help desk support on their Industry Standard (as defined by MIS) hardware and software. For Non-Industry Standard hardware and software additional monthly fees may apply.
Do away with unpredictable hourly billing and stop worrying about computer service.

MIS offers three Managed Service Plans, a Platinum and Gold Plan.
GOLD PLAN includes: (starting at $25.00 a month per computer)

MIS will monitor and maintain the desktops, laptops and server every month remotely |

MIS will also provide free 15 minute Remote and Phone support (per incident) per PC/Server Included in the plan. After the initial free 15 minutes, a fee of $20 per 15 minute increment shall apply. |

No free onsite support is offered under this plan. |

MIS will visit client once every three months to review the physical aspects of the network and equipment, provided that MIS has not had to make an onsite visit within that 3 month period. |

The term for this plan is month to month, Client can cancel with 30 days written notice. |
PLATINUM PLAN includes: (starting at $75.00 a month per computer)

What is not covered? Non-Industry Standard Hardware and Software additional fees will apply.
What is MIS’s definition of Industry Standard? Any product that has free technical support available online is considered by MIS to be Industry Standard.
What exclusions are applied to this plan? If any of the covered equipment is damaged from Acts of God, Terrorist Attacks and Natural Disasters, any labor to repair or replace covered equipment will not be covered by the plan.
Will Upgrades be covered by the plan? Software upgrades will be covered for any applications being covered by the plan. Hardware upgrades will not be covered by the plan at any time.
How does MIS charge for non covered service? A Platinum Plan client will receive a 25% discount on the labor for hardware upgrades, special projects, or any other type of service we offer outside of this plan. A Gold Plan client will receive a 15% discount on the labor for hardware upgrades, special projects, or any other type of service we offer outside of this plan. MIS will quote client on a project basis and not a hourly basis so clients can budget for any service outside of this plan.
